A tough couple of years has been had by one very hard working band following the breakthrough 2012 debut album "This Is the Six" and vocalist Lawrence Taylor's career saving vocal chord surgery which he will be undergoing again later this coming month.
But as things stand they're back and not taking shit from anyone...

Coming in at a well played hour and then some for the extended 15 track version and just under for the 12 track CD the album opens with a collective chattering "The divide" lasts 52 seconds and despite my usual distaste for these sorts of ambient noise the way the track starts quietly and builds in to this mass of voices and excitement. It lasts just the right amount of time before it is abruptly cut off to drop like a bomb into the instant anthem that is...
"New World Torture" makes up for lost time and gets straight to the point, a well mixed and well performed track that shows Lawrence "Loz" Taylor show not an ill ounce of effort a statement that continues to propel the entire album forward from the opening note. The track is as bouncy and crowd friendly as anything that has come before, with a constantly energizing beat thanks to drummer Adam Savage.
